How long will it take for my plaque to be delivered?

Plaques typically take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

How do I track my order?

To get updates on you order, get your order confirmation email. You should have received an order confirmation when you submitted your order. From your Confirmation note your order number and email address on your order.

Go to this page https://prsawards.com/trackorder in the fields provided, input your Order number and email address. Press the "Track Your Order" button and you should be provided with the information of your order.

All orders are shipped via FedEx.

How will the product charge appear on my statement?

The charge will appear with the name Professional Research Services.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, all commemorative product sales are final. Any shipping damages or errors can be discussed by reaching us at (248) 691-1800 ext. 174.

Crystal Desk Plaque:
Approximately 7" H x 5" W x 2" D

Acrylic Desk Plaque:
Approximately 11" H x 8" W x 1" D

Acrylic Wall Plaque:
Approximately 11.75" W x 15.75" H x .25" D 

Marble Desk Plaque:
Approximately 5" W x 8" H x 2" D
